With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the development sector, Amit Kumar has worked extensively in designing and implementing impactful NGO and CSR initiatives across rural India. His work spans Village Development Programmes, Agricultural Advancement Projects, Skill Development Initiatives, and Farmer Income Enhancement through horticulture and allied activities. Through his leadership, numerous communities have gained access to sustainable livelihood opportunities and improved agricultural practices.

However, Amit observed a critical gap in the ecosystem—many CSR projects, though well-intentioned, often lacked long-term commitment. Partnerships between corporates and NGOs frequently struggled with continuity, delayed timelines, and limited grassroots engagement. This disconnect inspired him to establish TrueLeaf Foundation with a renewed vision.

As Founder, Amit Kumar believes that meaningful social transformation requires not just funding, but the right intent, strong partnerships, and relentless passion—what he calls the “madness to work for a social cause.” Under his leadership, TrueLeaf Foundation focuses on building sustainable, long-term models that strengthen Education, Health ,Farmer's income, Empower rural communities, and create lasting corporate–community relationships grounded in trust, accountability, and measurable impact.
